Do Not Call Policy

Legacy, Wealth, and Estate Planning LLC, doing business as American Senior Benefits ("we," "us," or "our"), is committed to respecting your communication preferences and to complying with all applicable telemarketing laws, including the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), the National Do Not Call Registry rules, and the Texas No Call Law.

Our Commitment

We do not engage in unsolicited, high-pressure telemarketing. We contact consumers by telephone only where permitted by law — for example, where you have requested information, provided prior express consent, or have an existing relationship with us, and subject to the limitations described below.

Internal Do Not Call List

We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you ask us not to call you, we will record your request and add your telephone number(s) to our internal Do Not Call list. We honor these requests promptly and retain them for at least five (5) years, consistent with federal requirements.

National Do Not Call Registry

You may also register your residential and wireless telephone numbers with the National Do Not Call Registry, which is maintained by the Federal Trade Commission. Registration is free and does not expire.

Calls and Text Messages

Where we contact you by telephone or text message, we do so in accordance with the TCPA and applicable rules. We honor opt-out requests received during a call or by reply text. To stop text messages, you may reply STOP to any message you receive from us. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Calling Hours

Consistent with federal telemarketing rules, telephone solicitations are limited to the hours between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. in the recipient's local time zone.

Consent and Revocation

Any prior express consent you provide to be contacted may be revoked at any time and through any reasonable means. Once you revoke consent or ask to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list, we will stop telephone solicitations to the number(s) you identify, except as otherwise permitted by law.
